He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Harward and Eva Goode Harward; and his brother Melvin Harward. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia; his children, Jeff (Teresa), Chandra, Mike (Cynthia) and Kory (Megan); and his siblings, Dee Harward and Mark Harward. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
