He is survived by: his former spouse Karma Lee Chamberlain; his children, Donald, Cherylee, Becky Lynn, Boyd, Gerald, Kathy, David, Linda, Victor and Tom; his wife Carole Spendlove Jewkes; and his sister Anne Lockhart (Vern) of South Jordan, UT.. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren.
