He was predeceased by: his parents, Valoy Jensen Boothe and Lewis LaLand Boothe; and his sister VaLaun Schoens. He is survived by: his grandfather Larry Boothe; his wife Sharon; his children, Lance (Christine) of Medicine Park and Dana (Ryan) of Ammon; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Chase, LiLi Boothe, Ashton and Addy Kirkham. He is also survived by wife, children and grandchildren.
Despite a valiant fight, he lost his final battle to the unrelenting savages of Alzheimer's.
