It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woody Carter of Price, Utah, born in South Gate, California, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fountain and Susan Lucille Welch Carter; his sister Wanda Lucille; and his niece Cyndy Reyes. He is survived by: his wife Ann Helsten; his children, Kelly Elrod of Cedar Bluff, AL, Connie Melville (Glenn) of McCleary, WA, Terry (Elizabeth) of Bonnie Lake, WA and Randy (Serena) of Richmond, BC; his nephews, Rob (Lynda) and Rowan (Yvie); and his niece Susan (Guy). He is also survived by four beautiful granddaughters, a handsome grandson and four adorable great-grandsons.
