He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Leek and Alta Theresa Wright Leek; and his brothers, Leonard Leek, Kenneth Leek and Jerry Leek.
He is survived by: his niece Lenda Leek; his siblings, Shannon Wiggins, Sam Leek (Barbra) and Floyd Leek (Sylvia); and his sister-in-law Betty Leek.
