He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Powell and Mary Powell; and his siblings, Ruby Robinson and Sam Powell. He is survived by: his wife Earlene Hales; his sister Kathy Farnsworth; his children, Tracey Powell (Price), Janice Peters (Price), Cynthia Powell (Green River), Jimmy Powell and Kimburlee Powell (Price); his grandchildren, Brittney Erickson (Booker), Devon Powell, Autumn Gardner, Fawn Steed (Talen), Jeremiah Noone, Hunter Powell and Mason Powell; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Blair, Eli and Haize. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
