With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Richard (Price, Utah), born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Frederick and Ruth Farley Richard; his sister Marge Proctor; his parents-in-law, Baldy and Hortense Chapman; and his brother-in-law Jim Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Richard; his children, Heather Steinfeld (Jamie) of Logan, UT, Melissa Richard and Tom Reoch; his grandchildren, Madison Steinfeld, Dustin Reoch (Karah), Emily Adams (Nick), Chloe Reoch and Cameron Reoch; his great grandchild Amara Ann Adams; his brother Bill Richard (Sharon) of Donald, OR; and his siblings-in-law, Rev. Donald Proctor and Barbara Chapman of Price, UT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many great friends.
