He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bruno and Maria "Mary" Nicolavo Bruno; his wife Judie Bruno; and his brothers, Gabriel, Rudy and Salvador Bruno.

He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Marie Sunter; his children, Tom Boyack (Johnna) and Wendy Jean Morf (Colin) of Hillsborough, CA; his granddaughters, Ashley Boyack and Rachel Boyack; his brother Gary Bruno (Vicky) of Kingman, AZ; his nephews, Mike Bruno (Mitzi) of Casper, WY and Tom; and his niece Amy Bruno.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
