He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bell and Fay Stilson Bell; his wife Margaret; his children, Pam Bell and Kevin Bell; his grandson Erick Jon Visser; his siblings, Kenneth (Carol), George (Ann) and Bonnie Rasmussen (Keith); and his sister-in-law Janet Bell.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Clay Hammon, Regina Faxon and Farr West; his stepdaughter Cheryl Tolson (Ken) of Louisiana; and his brother Claud Bell of Orangeville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors and a community of dear friends.
