We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2022, at the age of 70, Starla R. Pyper in Price, Utah, born in Salmon, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Shirley; and her brother Evan. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Pyper of Wellington, UT; her daughters, Misty Unzaga (Brett) of Billings, MT and Buffie Romrell (Chris) of California; and her siblings, Robin Herbst (Lynn), Kevin Rice (Tammy), Chloe McNabb (Richard), Rock Rice (Frances) and Heather Saxton (Jeff). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
