She was predeceased by: her father Quinten Lowe; her husband Eugene F. Winder; her in-laws, Floyd and Jessie Winder; her nephews, Brody Talbot and Adam Perazzo; her niece Stacey Massey; and her grandson Tristan Davis.
She is survived by: her mother Della "George" Peterson Lowe; her children, Shirley Smith, Chad Oberg (Britanya), Jeremy Winder (Tonya) and Trudy Snider (Roger S.); and her siblings, Reed Lowe (Kathy), Jackie Perazzo (David), Amy Knudsen (Walt) and David Lowe. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fausett Mortuary (680 E 100 S, Price, UT 84501). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cleveland Town Cemetery (520 Cleveland Rd, Cleveland, UT 84518).
