She is survived by: her mother Cathy Udink; her husband Mark Cooke; her siblings, Dennis Udink (Traci) and Amanda Curtis (Jesse); and her children, Ashley Udink, Lara Jennings, Amanda Heairet, Christopher Fisher and Adrian Cooke. She is also survived by three grandchildren and a large extended family and friends.
