He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Parish and Linda L. Shamburger; his sister Debra Hathaway; and his parents-in-law, William and Dorothy Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughter Yvette Parish; his siblings, Kenny Parish (Debra) of Price and Lisa Summers of Hartford, KY; his children, Nicholas Vasquez and Amanda Parish Jones; his siblings-in-law, LoriAnn Keele, Kris Asay (Troy) and Paul Martin of Price; and his niece Tessa Asay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
