He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Bard Farnsworth and Ada Pearl Wilkerson; his brothers, Ellis and Ben Farnsworth; and his brother-in-law Eddie Justesen.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Cora Wright; his sister Peggy Justesen (Price); and his sister-in-law Kathy Farnsworth (Green River). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
