Roger Sparks Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Sparks of Price, Utah, born in Dingle, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger Sparks to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sparks and Verleen Sparks; his sisters, Luann Sparks and Glenna Hirschi; his brothers-in-law, Gordon Hirschi and Mike LeGarza; his nephews, Lynn Hemmert, Brett Turner, Larry Larsen and Jeric Hirschi; and his niece Jamie Milburn.

He is survived by: his children, Huntington Canyon, San Rafael Swell and Yellowstone; his significant other Carol Atwood; his children, Cory Sparks, Amber Sparks (Brandon Blood), Amanda Sparks and Cody Sparks (Jackie); his grandchildren, Chandler Adair, EmJae Adair, Kinley Harrington and Zayden Harrington; and his sisters, Kay LeGarza and Leann Watkins (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Fourth Ward Building (47 N 100 E, Wellington, UT 84542). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Wellington City Cemetery (2 Cemetery Rd, Wellington, UT 84542).
