He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Davis and Zoe Davis; his brother Merrell; his brother-in-law Gary Calloway; his nephews, Rick Davis and Cab Callaway; and his niece Rachel Davis.

He is survived by: his former wife Scarlett Denise Chiaretta; his siblings, Mervin Davis (Carolyn) and Lorraine Calloway; his children, RJ Davis (Jeanna), Dina Wise (Matt) and Damon Davis (Lizz); and his grandchildren, Zack Wise (Audrey), Jake Davis, Tabitha Davis and Joyce Davis.

In lieu of flowers donate to Huntsman Cancer or Primary Children's in his name.
