He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Ramie Oakley (Dennis), Angela Evans (Kevin), Ethan (Heidi), Jesse, Jonathan (Kasey) and Joshua; and his siblings, Karen, Aleta, Ann and Atelee. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
