He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Migliaccio; his sons, Christopher Nick Kalatzes and Michael Nick Kalatzes; his sister Florence Entwistle of Boise, ID; his son Price; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Kalatzes, Kade Buchanan, Mia Kalatzes and Demi Kalatzes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
