He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Olsen (Jeff) of Vernal; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Burr (Josh), Colton Carter, Tristan Olsen and Abigail Olsen; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee Burr, Asher Burr and Jax Carter; his siblings, Earl Carter (Jennifer) of Orem and Nancy Jackson of Provo; and his in-laws, Joyce Carter of West Jordan, David Jacobson (Celia), Gary Jacobson (Janice) of Springville, Sally Jacobson and Bud Nielson of Pleasant Grove.
