He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Mildred Grange Rowley and Walter Neal Rowley; and his granddaughter ChrisAnn Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Kathaleen Davis; his children, Karen Mikkelson (Cottonwood Heights), Chris Rowley (Virginia) and Lisa Pickering (Paul); and his sister Esther Jane Tucker. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
