She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Glick and Margaret Glick; her sister Dorothy Chippuzzo; her daughter Rebecca; and her son-in-law Richard Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Scott Alfred Anthony of Columbia, Utah; her children, Tammy Fleig (Charles) and Steven Anthony (Jodi); her grandchildren, Shane Moore, Cody Moore, Dusty Moore, Lindsey Rodman, Steven Scott Anthony Jr. and Joshua Collins; and her great grandchildren, Kenyon Jones and Brixton Rodman. She is also survived by three children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
