He was predeceased by: his parents, Parley Pratt and Jennie Wickman Johnson; his wife Bonnie Johnson; and his grandson Michael S. Johnson. He is survived by: his friend Tony Basso; his children, Steven P. Johnson (Jodi) of Price and Susan J. Jensen (Scott) of Price; his brother LaVell Johnson (Darlene) of Garden Grove, CA; and his grandchildren, Sara, Carlie, Mindy, Jayson, Levi and Jorden. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
