He was predeceased by: his son Danny Lee Mutz; his parents, Joseph Mutz and Sarah Jane Mutz; his siblings, Joseph, Ronald Mutz, Annie Mutz, Elizabeth Zupon, Adeline Morrison, Margaret Taylor and Beverly Brinley; his great grandchild Archer Marvin O'Neil; and his grandson Nathan Anderson.
He is survived by: his niece Margie; his wife Kenna; and his children, Jerry Mutz (RaeLene), Kevin Mutz (Nola) and Lori O'Neil (Randy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
