He is survived by: his parents, Neal Ewell and Sherie Ewell; his wife Wendy Warner Ewell; his children, Emma (Warner) and Warner Mark Ewell; his stepsons, Carter and Jacob Shupe; his siblings, Sheral Theuson (Damon), Thomas Ewell (Brenda), Emmale Koyle, Nathan Ewell (Stephanie) and Andrew Ewell (Micah); and his in-laws, Michael, Connie Warner, Jared, Jenny Bunch, Kristie, Kory Smith, J. Dustin, Katie Warner, Ryan, Dani Warner, Jessie, Jeff Thomson, Cory and Elise Warner. He is also survived by 52 nieces and nephews.
