She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Monnett and Ambrosina Quelvio Monnett; her husband Jay Marx; her brother Dr. George A. Monnett (Betty Jo Johnson); her daughter Shirley (Ted Marakis); and her siblings-in-law, Murray Shorts, Dorothy, Nadine and Cherrill Marx. She was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
