He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse R. Sitterud and Edna Stilson Sitterud; his in-laws, Elven and Beulah Ungerman McElprang; his siblings, LaVar, Raymond, Neldon, Bessie McArthur, Selma Tuttle, Ruth Cox, Karen Barton, Sally Ryan, Velda Crumply and Elva Sitterud; his grandchildren, Stephanie Sitterud and Thomas Rhett Bass; and also Clyde Sitterud.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Marie McElprang Sitterud; his children, Lynn (Paulene) of Huntington, Jeffery (Kaye) of Huntington, Daryl Scott of Huntington, Brent (Gina) of Huntington, Shawn (Anita) of Cleveland and Suzanne Bass (Michael) of Huntington; and his sisters, Phyllis May, Sue Johnson, Connie Jones and Colleen DeFriez. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
