He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Jasper Smith Sr. and Thelma Smith; his brother John David Smith; and his daughter Heather Renee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Marie Humphrey Smith; his children, Michelle (Travis), Michael, Chris (Alicia) and Marna; and his sisters, Rozine and Marty. He is also survived by grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
