He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Wheaton and LeRoy Noone, Sr.; his stepfather Shirley Peterson (Bud); and his brother Luke Noone. He is survived by: his children, Amber Livingston (Jeffrey Moss), Lane Pell (Ashlyn), Bobbie Pell and Jeremiah Noone; his grandchildren, Jaydin Livingston, Shyle Livingston, Molly Pell, Quinley Pell, Haize Noone and Sawyer John; and his siblings, Bruce Noone, JaiLene Lindsey (Shane), Karla Noone and Christie Noone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home - Price (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
