He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Powell; and his children, Josephine Powell, Eric Powell, Terrence Powell (Magen), Bethany Powell, Brenden Powell, Gwenda Powell, Daniel Ceal, Jeannie Prowse, James Ceal (Timberly), Michael Ceal, Amy Hesse (Jacob), Crystal Montoya (Anthony) and David Ceal (Jolene). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
