With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenzlee Cook (Price, Utah), who passed away on November 4, 2020 at the age of 5. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Tony Cook and Candace Davis Cook; her sister Shontae Herrera; her grandfather Van Cook (Laura); her uncle Ricky Davis (Kamra); her aunt Janell Nelson; her cousins, MaCade "Bubby" Davis, Jahnessah Davis, Axel Davis, Todd (Kaitlin), Dawson Davis, Taycie Davis, Claire, Bella and Gavin Nelson; her godfather Cole Stapley (Hollie); and her sisters, Mia and Addison Stapley.
