He was predeceased by: his parents, Neldon Lavell Powell and Evelyn C. Powell; and his brother Shawn Lavell Powell. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Powell of Price, Utah; and his siblings, Kevin Powell of Price, Utah and Rinna Powell of Logan, Utah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
