She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Jean Browne Regan; her son Matthew Rice; her significant other James Swarthout; and her father Michael Regan. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Mercado (Michael) of York, PA., Patrick Rice of Perry, NY., Elizabeth Rice of Rochester, NY. and Erienne (Conner); and her siblings, Celeen Woodard (James), Price and Timothy Regan of Warsaw, NY.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
