He is survived by: his father David Osentowski; his wife Evelyn M Osentowski; his child Jakob D Osentowski; his siblings, Lisa Mickelson, Tony Estrada, Paula Tager, Cheryl Martinez, Amy Broose, Shelly Chipman, Kathy Rasmussen, Jeanie Pixton, Jessica Seaich and Many; and his cousin Along. He is also survived by his dogs and friends.
