It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Perla Jr. (Price, Utah), who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perla, Sr. and Margaret Martin; and his sister Rose Tidwell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perla; his daughters, Misty Zamantakis (George) and Michelle Edwards (James); and his siblings, Margaret Skaggs (Roger), Gladys Perla, Jim Perla (Diane) and Joe Perla (Beverly). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
