He was predeceased by: his son Jesse Cloward; and his sister-in-law Robyn McNeel. He is survived by: his wife Kathy McNeel of Elmo, UT; his children, Robert McNeel (Krystie) of Wellington, UT, Michele Anderson (Chris), Port St, Tommy Cloward and Terra Cloward of Elmo, UT; his mother Margaret Hansen of Blackfoot, ID; and his siblings, Tom McNeel, Pat McNeel of Las Vegas, NV, Jim Swenson (Argina) of Fort Collins, CO and Anne Watts (JT) of Blackfoot, ID. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
