It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jill Haley (Price, Utah), who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James N. Crook. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Greenhalgh Crook; her former husband William King; her husband Mike Haley; her children, Matthew King (Amy) and Kimberly Farley (Lance); and her grandchildren, Amber and Samuel. She is also survived by four brothers and a sister; nieces and nephews.

In accordance with COVID-19 the services will be restricted and it will be live streamed on Mitchell Funeral Home's website.
