He was predeceased by: his father Weston Hamaker; and his grandparents, Levan, Mary Elizabeth Hamaker, Clifford Smith and Hazel Kanistanaux-Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Oakden-Hamaker; his sons, Jerry Stephen Hamaker (KennaJean) of Payson, Richard D. Hamaker of Payson and Shawn D. Hamaker of Payson; his mother Laura Hamaker of Sacramento; and his siblings, Van Hamaker (Kathy Sullivan) of Price Utah, Ray Hamaker (Allison Voigt) of Sacramento California and Marleah Russell of Sacramento California. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, and a Great-Grandchild.
