He is survived by: his wife Sally Jacobson; his daughter Michelle Sidwell (Robert); his daughter-in-law Wende Rasmussen (Chance); his brothers, John Jacobson of Santa Clara, UT, Gary Jacobson (Janice) and David Jacobson (Celia); his brothers-in-law, Jim Gadd (Kathy), Bud Nielson and Nick Carter; his grandchildren, Derek Gale (Dani), Tyler Gale, Conner Jacobson (Shana), Shey Hamilton (Liz), Jace Hamilton (Shannon), Garrick Sidwell (Nicki), Dallyn Sidwell (Jessica), Kaden Sidwell (Madeline) and Cailee Sidwell; and his great grandchildren, Kasher, Kasper, Aiden, Xander, Kelton, Lexxi, Kiara, Alisha, Karalynn, Aleeha and Sadie.
