He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Buddy" Moorhead and Georgia Elizabeth Jones; and his wife Elizabeth Moorhead. He is survived by: his children, Sue Moorhead and Gary Moorhead of Paradise, CA; and his stepsons, Garry Smith and Terry Smith of Roseville, CA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
