She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldolfo Herrera and Josephine Martinez Herrera; her brothers, Richard Herrera, Arthur "Tudo" Herrera and Sam Trujillo; and her niece Misty Trujillo.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Barboza, Benny Herrera (Christine), Gina Sanchez (Rudy Sr.), Jose Aldaba and Richard Aldaba; and her siblings, Ernie Herrera and Lucy Herrera Sherman (Carl). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
