She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John and Sarah Minnie Brinkman; her former husband Donald Hull "Ray" Owen; her husband Reed Halliday; her sons, Warren and Jerry Owen; her brothers, Raymond and Richard Brinkman; her sisters-in-law, Karma Brinkman and Naomi Owen; her nephews, Curtis and Greg Brinkman; her brothers-in-law, Carlos and Paul Owen; her granddaughter Brianne Mason Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Rose Owen and Rebel Higgs.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Owen (Cindy), Roy, Earlene Mason (Keven), Peggy Owen of Holtville, CA, Christine Manning (Nick), Gary Owen of Auburn, WA and Don Michael Owen (Karina) of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Huntington, UT 84528). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Miller's Landing/Mitchell Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Huntington, UT 84528). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Huntington City Cemetery (560 W 400 N, Huntington, UT 84528).
