He was predeceased by: his uncle Pablo Vega; his cousin Angel Roberto Nevarez Vega; and his father Salvador Mendoza Varela. He is survived by: his wife Lyndsie Riddle-Burgess; his mother Belen Vega Zambrano; and his siblings, Octavio Mendoza, Carlos Mendoza and Aide Flores. He is also survived by his parents, siblings, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Gustavo was a proud member of the E Clampus Vitus in Helper (a non-profit fraternal organization and children's charity).
