He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen L. Clark and Laura R. Clark; his former wife Lila Haws; and his son Glen Lewis Clark. He is survived by: his wife Esther Clark; his children, Verl Clark (Debra), Dayle Bird (Richard), Rick Clark (Barbara), Ronie Conley, Terry Clark (Peggy), Tracy Hunter (Lisa), Gwenn Ambrose, Terrie Rytter (Jeff), Hawley Hunter and Johnny Starzel; and his sister Afton Warr. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
