He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Earnest and Norma Jane Timothy Tucker; his brother Earnal Tucker; and his brothers-in-law, Jess Thayn and Garold Schade.
He is survived by: his spouse Carma Jane Newbill; his children, Jason Tucker (Tracy) of Elko, NV, Troy Tucker, Spring Glen and Tricia Fisher (Greg); his siblings, Amy Jensen (Mace), Max Lee Tucker (Eva) and Renee Thayn; his sister-in-law Margie Tucker; and his siblings, Tommy Tucker, Darla Schade and Monte Tucker (Pat). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
