She was predeceased by: her parents, Maud Edna Quinn and Orson M Powell; her husband Arthur Leonald Rich; her stepsons, Jesse Lynn Rich and Raymond Charles Rich; and her siblings, Richard Earl Powell, Loretta Maxine Peterson, Mary LaRue Oliver and Maud LaRae Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Ruby Jean Sandoval (Rick) of Price, Utah, June Arthur (Betty), Roy Dee of Wellington, Mary Ann Loveless (Dan) of Pleasant View, Utah and Orson Wade of Wellington; her stepdaughters, Carol Jones (Steve) and Sherry Johnson (Ed); and her siblings, Orson Eugene Powell (Cleo) of Kearns, Utah, Ella Dean Carleton (Newton), Lynda Corrine Jewkes (Robert) and Robert Quinn Powell (Gayla) of Wellington.
Due to Covid no funeral services will be held.
