He was predeceased by: his parents, Duwayne McCormick and Laura McCormick. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy McCormick, Debra Martin and Richard McCormick (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Tracie, Travis, Jacob, Justin McCormick, Russell, Stephanie Martin, Charles and Michael McCormick.
