In the vast expanse of eternity, Donald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Frank (Mike) and Loventris Willingham; and his grandson Bradley Don Oostveen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Willingham (Rudd); his brother Micky Willingham (Janey); and his daughters, Shanna Dee Oostveen (Ernie), Donna Rae Mitani (Rod), Chris Loventris Davis, Linda Lea Pope (Lance) and Vicky Ann Peck (Dave). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
