She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hight and Betty Lou Bezyack; her former husband Joseph Wesly Melo (Earl Kirkwood); and her husband Earl Kirkwood. She is survived by: her children, Erni Jo Jones (Jim) of Grand Junction, CO, Samantha Melo of Price, UT and Joseph Melo of Price, UT. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
