He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Allred; his children, Shaylynn Montag (Shay) of Price, Utah and Tyler Johnson (Kayla) of Price, Utah; his grandchildren, Bentleigh, Melanie, Rylie Johnson, Zaiden and Bryce Montag; his brothers, Mikel Johnson (Valerie) and Kevin Johnson of Long Beach, CA; his siblings-in-law, Darla Cloward and Doug Allred (Lynette); his caregiver Rajens; and his close friend David. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
