He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Guymon and Shirley Guymon; and his brothers, Bruce, Richard and Max.
He is survived by: his sons, Brent (Tabitha), Jason (Amy) and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Maxium, Cheyenne and Bailey; and his sisters, Kathryn and Eileen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
